About us
MKAY OÜ provides digital and marketing services by Carter Point, MKAY Digital, Lollikindel, and online publication by Kuvar. This privacy policy applies to all visitors and customers using or accessing any of the websites that we produced and maintain for the services that we provide, including mkay.eu, www.carterpoint.com, www.mkaydigital.com, lollikindel.ee, and kuvar.ee. It also applies to the services that we provide on the previously listed sites and to human resources data of our employees and contractors.
MKAY OÜ is an entity registered in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia. The legal address is Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5-2. korrus, 10145.

Personal data we collect
Registered users
Open registration is not available or any of our sites. The data we collect about our employees and contractors is determined by internal guidelines and documents.
Communications
- We use Zoho Mail to process all internal email and communication with our customers. Zoho’s privacy policy is available here.
- Customers that email us, or use any of the contact forms on our websites, will have their email address, IP address, and any data provided in the contact form or body of the email stored in Zoho Mail archives and in our help desk third-party service provider, Teamwork. The Teamwork privacy policy is found here.
- We use HelpCrunch to provide live chat and live support services. Any data provided during a live chat session with one of our team members will be recorded and logged in an email that is sent to Zoho Mail. This includes your name, email address, and IP address. The HelpCrunch privacy policy is found here. HelpCrunch uses cookies to tailor chat sessions to the individual. Such information includes, but is not limited to, a name, location, online identifier, IP addresses, cookies and/or localStorage/sessionStorage, date and time of the query, time zone, access status/HTTP status code, volume of data transferred, website from which a request comes, browser (or other software/application allowing access to HelpCrunch Services), operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software, name, email.
- We keep all email and chat communication indefinitely to help us provide support and improve our services. Individuals can request copies of any previous correspondence with us at any time.
Analytics
- We use Google Analytics for tracking visitors and aggregating information about the traffic to our websites. The Google Analytics privacy policy can be found here. You can learn more about how to opt-out of tracking in Google Analytics here.
- On Kuvar.ee, visitors are able to use the “Spelling error report” feature by marking specific text, pressing Ctrl+Enter keys, adding additional information and sending it. During submission, we save the visitor’s IP address, time and date of submission and the user ID, if logged in.
Paying Customers
- For business analytics and payment records, we use Zoho Analytics. Zoho’s privacy policy can be found here.
- For payment transactions, payment information and invoices, we use Invoice Plane and Merit Tarkvara. Merit Tarkvara’s privacy policy can be found here.
- To comply with accounting and legal requirements, we keep data on financial transactions in the systems above for up to 7 years.
